ArcelorMittal’s acquisition of Votorantim Siderurgia was shortlisted in the “Merger Control Matter of the Year – Americas” category (our firm leaded ArcelorMittal’s team).
Also, CADE’s investigation of the enforcement of design patents in the autoparts aftermarket has been nominated in the “Behavioral Matter of the Year – Americas” category (our firm represented Volkswagen).
