Fernanda Pinella Arbex

Fernanda Pinella Arbex has worked with Institutional and Governmental Relations for over 16 years. Before joining AJDC, she spent over a decade as a partner at a leading consultancy in government relations, where she had the opportunity to work with clients from various industries, nationalities and sizes, including: financial, industrial, education, technology, services, food and others. She was a counselor at the Administrative Tax Appeals Council (CARF).

With clients, Fernanda works on proactive and reactive agendas: building relationships with the Government, proposing changes to regulatory frameworks and public policies, as well as working with crisis management.

EDUCATION

• Postgraduate in Civil Procedural Law; Tax Law; Roman Law from Università Degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata, in Italy.
• Postgraduate in Economic and Business Law from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV).
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Centro Universitário de Brasília (UniCEUB).
