Ademir Pereira is a co-head of the antitrust/competition practice at Advocacia José Del Chiaro. He has acted in several complex Antitrust/Competition cases and has assisted companies in the digital economy in navigating a changing regulatory landscape.

Ademir has been extensively recognized by international publications as one of the top antitrust/competition attorneys in Brazil. He has represented clients in the most relevant cases in the digital economy, including Internet, telecommunications, cloud computing, and has worked on matters that shaped the interface between IP and Antitrust in Brazil.

He has also extensive experience with traditional industries such as steel, mining, energy and auto parts. His experience comprises merger review, cartel investigations and landmark single-firm conduct cases in several industries, including Internet, telecom, consumer products, automotive and pharmaceutical.

Ademir has published several articles on Antitrust/Competition Law, IP and Antitrust, internet regulation and financial regulation in specialized reviews. He has also co-authored books on Competition Law, Litigation and Economic Law.
