Yan Villela Vieira

Yan represents clients on cases that involve Competition/Antitrust Law, such as cartel investigations, unilateral conducts and merger proceedings in various industries, including the telecommunications, technology, mining and automotive. He also consults on antitrust compliance programs and reviews commercial practices of domestic and foreign companies.

• Master’s in business economics (MBE) from the School of Economics at Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV-EESP).
