Ademir Pereira is a co-head of the antitrust/competition practice at Advocacia Del Chiaro. He has acted in several complex Antitrust/Competition cases and has assisted companies in the digital economy in navigating a changing regulatory landscape.

Ademir has been extensively recognized by international publications as one of the top antitrust/competition attorneys in Brazil. He has represented clients in the most relevant cases in the digital economy, including Internet, telecommunications, cloud computing, and has worked on matters that shaped the interface between IP and Antitrust in Brazil.

In addition, Ademir has extensive experience with cases in industries like pharmaceutical, consumer products, steel, mining, infrastructure and automotive. His experience comprises the entire range of antitrust issues, including merger review, cartel investigations and several landmark single-firm conduct cases.

Ademir has published many articles on Antitrust/Competition Law, IP and Antitrust, internet regulation and financial regulation in specialized reviews. He has also co-authored books on Competition Law, Litigation and Economic Law.
